Precision Mining 3 - Solo Mining Ships

To complete this certification, you will need to demonstrate the ability to find and identify mineable rocks using ship scanners. You then need to mine, collect, and refine at the nearest refinery station while using a Golem, Prospector, or equivalent ship. The minimum refinable quantity is 30 SCUs of any refinable material, and no more than 2 SCUS of Inert Material.

Primary Objectives:

All necessary preparations for a solo/small group mining expedition

Knowledge of where to find and the relative value of ship mineable materials

Competent navigation of planetary surfaces

Proper use of solo mining ships
