[RFD]Refinery Decks

To complete this certification, you will need to demonstrate the ability to both sell raw ore, and refine raw ore or construction materials, at a refinery station. You will need to have raw ore collected in a mining ship or unrefined construction materials in a salvaging ship. There are no quantity or quality targets for this certification. You will need to post screenshots as listed below to become certified.
